Attorney Miserendino was born in Western New York and raised in Angola.
After graduating from Lakeshore Central High School, she attended the State
University of New York at Buffalo graduating with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Occupational Therapy, magna cum laude. Following graduation
from college, she moved to Boston, where she worked as a registered
occupational therapist in a head injury unit providing rehabilitation services
to individuals who had sustained serious injuries in accidents.

After working for two years as an occupational therapist,
Attorney Miserendino attended Boston University's School of Law. Following graduation from law school, she returned to the Buffalo area to join the firm. She has been practicing for almost 20 years as a trial lawyer concentrating in personal injury claims which involve automobile accidents, construction accidents, product liability accidents and premises liability. She has had several successful settlements and verdicts, including those found on our Verdicts and Settlements page.
